Experience leading BI, analytics delivery and performance teams.

Strong leadership, communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

Own the Data Operations roadmap for analytics, automation and AI.
Drive AI/ML, automation, data mining and LLM-enabled solutions to production.
Lead BI, reporting, analytics, data management and decision-support.
Partner with engineering, product and business teams on solutions.
Define metrics, dashboards and data quality controls.
Lead and develop a team of data and analytics specialists.
