Qualifications

• Strong background in Digital Product Management and roadmap ownership.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and platform migrations.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (insurance/healthcare) and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for migration and consolidation of digital platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and enhancements across web and mobile applications.
• Prioritise product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, data and technical feasibility.
• Define and monitor KPIs relating to customer engagement, adoption and overall product performance.
• Manage senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Project Management, Business Analysis, QA, CRM and Compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities and delivery progress effectively to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Use customer insight, analytics and feedback to continually improve the digital experience.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and data protection requirements, including GDPR, DPIAs and TIAs.
• Manage risks relating to technical debt, scalability and regulatory change.
• Provide leadership and direction to the wider product team, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
