Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Specialist Product Manager / Agile Product Owner to maximize business value delivered by an agile product delivery team in Ireland. The role voices business, client, and regulatory needs, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog and guiding delivery with Technology and cross-functional teams.

You will lead backlog prioritization, ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements, and drive delivery outcomes while balancing scope, risk, and investment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with broad technical and business knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of client needs and how this impacts product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business value and client outcomes.
• Align backlog to product strategy, regulatory requirements, and funding commitments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria and business intent.
• Track product success, KPIs, and P&L post-launch.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
