Job summary

Knockanore Farmhouse Cheese Ltd, based in Knockanore, Co Wexford, is seeking a Transformation Leader to map and improve our business processes. You will lead a project to deliver digitised workflows across all departments and research suitable software solutions to integrate into operations.

The role targets professionals with at least 2 years of experience and a Level 7 qualification, with desirable skills in administration and sales/marketing, plus decision making and problem solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Requires Level 7 qualification (including diploma & ordinary bachelor degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the new project to deliver a series of digitised processes across all departments.
• Investigate and map business process flows to enable improvements throughout the business.
• Research and implement suitable software solutions to support digitisation initiatives.
