Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Digital Plant Manager, Shared Services at the Cruiserath Biologics site. You will lead operations and maintenance of automation systems, ensuring uptime and performance while coordinating with global teams and IT partners.

This fixed-term contract role requires strong IT infrastructure know-how and biopharma experience. You will manage a diverse Shared Services team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain robust business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years IT/Automation experience with broad IT infra knowledge.
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive teams in fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of EU, FDA, GMP guidelines; DeltaV knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of automation systems and infrastructure.
• Develop metrics and drive high performance and uptime.
• Create procedures to support shared services activities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for site automation systems.
• Coordinate with global teams for cross-site alignment.
