Job summary

Diageo seeks a Digital & OT Cyber Coordinator to drive digital, data and OT initiatives across its Baileys sites in Dublin. You will coordinate between operations, engineering and digital teams to roll out new technologies while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance alignment.

The role emphasizes data-enabled decision making, governance, and the transformation of operations through analytics, dashboards and digital tooling, with a focus on adoption and capability building.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments with digital tools and OT systems.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across technical and site teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools and data-driven decision making.
• Awareness of IT/OT networks and their convergence; familiarity with cybersecurity controls.
• Exposure to continuous improvement or transformation programmes is beneficial.

About the Role

As a Digital & OT Cyber Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering digital, data and operational technology (OT) initiatives across our Baileys sites. Acting as a central point of coordination between operations, engineering and digital teams you’ll support the rollout of new technologies, ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance standards (including GRMS and NIS2) and help embed digital tools that drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support OT cyber activities, manage documentation and governance and ensure risks, incidents and change activities are tracked and escalated appropriately. A key part of the role will involve enabling better use of data across the site—supporting the development of dashboards, reporting and visualisations that turn data into meaningful insights and support operational decision making. You’ll help identify data gaps, improve data quality and contribute to transformation initiatives while also supporting training, communications and digital capability building to ensure successful adoption of new tools and technologies.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing, engineering or production environment with a solid understanding of digital tools and operational technology systems. You’ll be confident operating across both technical and site-based teams bringing strong coordination and stakeholder management skills along with exposure to areas such as automation, MES, IoT or analytics tools. You have a proactive mindset, are detail-oriented when it comes to governance and documentation and are confident supporting initiatives from concept through to rollout. Ideally, you’ll also have experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and an awareness of IT/OT networks and their convergence. Exposure to continuous improvement or transformation programmes would be beneficial. Most importantly, you’re someone who can connect the dots between technology and operations—helping translate data into actionable insights, supporting teams to build digital capability, and driving real business impact.
