Diageo plc is seeking a Market Service Owner to lead end-to-end order execution for multiple markets from Dublin. You will coordinate international transport, support production planning and drive improvements to delivery KPIs.

In this fixed-term role, you’ll manage complex supply chains, ensure compliance with export documentation, and collaborate with global partners to keep service levels high.

• 2+ years’ experience in logistics/supply chain
• SAP, LCT, TMS knowledge needed
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential

From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. ## **About the role**The Market Service Owner will be responsible for order execution for a number of markets. Tasks includeCoordinating international transport operations and assist production to meet customer demand.There will also be a continuous improvement element to the role with expectations on improving key KPI’s and pulling cost out of the business where possible.## The Service and Supply team:* Manage 6,500 orders per year.* Deal with 400 product codes, 3 plants and 8M cases of product.* Co-ordinate supply by sea, road, air to over 60 countries and 180 customers worldwide.* Champions service for market and leads on resolving potential service issues.* ‘Act like an Owner’. Run allocated region like a business. Accountable for benchmark delivery and cost.* Great Teammate with ability to motivate and support development of others.* Maintains awareness aspects of the business that impinge on service.* Has the drive and commitment to overcome obstacles and get results.* Has experienced a range of situations and knows how to get things done in an organisation: Dealing with incidents, Major change, necessary contacts.* Excellent communication skills as will be building relationships with ‘Rest of World’.* Prioritisation of workload* Keen to develop and progress within team and ultimately Diageo.* To manage all aspects of delivery of Baileys products from Ireland to the destination in accordance to Incoterms* To prepare and collate export documentation relating to orders in line with market requirements* Manage order dates in line with production planning and despatch requirements.* Liaise with marine, road, and air carriers to book capacity, secure shipping instructions, confirm shipments and resolve.* Prepare and collate order documentation, to meet market requirements with emphasis on C&E compliance.* Liaise with the Regional Hubs to resolve service issues* Monitor and record reasons for order failure to support benchmark measures, provide ownership for and input into corrective actions for misses.* 2+ years’ experience in a logistics/Supply Chain, ideally export related* Supply chain systems: SAP, LCT, TMS* Awareness of Supply chain processes E.g. planning, replenishment, make to order fulfilment, manufacturing, materials and services supply* Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel essential* Brand Awareness* C&E Awareness essential ## Must exhibit following behaviours:* Builds strong networks and relationships to help get things done - customers and partners in the supply chain* A team worker – demonstrates that team performance matters more than individual contribution.* Actively aids and contributes to Process Improvement* Demonstrates commitment to high quality (information, data, documentation, communication)* Proactively seeks out and deals with the root cause of problems – does not just fire fight.* Responsiveness – responds quickly to requests and takes personal responsibility* Takes initiative – is prepared to search out opportunities **Experience/skills required: (TE)** **Working with Us**Flexibility is key to our success.
