Job summary

ALFA ELECTRICAL in Dublin is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies across search, social, and email channels. You will drive growth by optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram while ensuring the website is user-friendly and search-engine friendly.

This role requires hands-on campaign management, market research, content creation, and regular performance reporting using Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation from Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Create, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimised for user experience and search engines.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer engagement, retention, and promotional activities.
• Create and oversee digital content including blogs, case studies, social media content, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the company's social media presence and maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation initiatives and support overall business development objectives.
