Vodafone is seeking a Digital Growth leader to drive customer growth for Clear Mobile Ireland. You will own acquisition across paid, owned and earned channels, optimise funnels and ROI, and lead strategy from SEO to paid media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing digital acquisition programmes.
• Strong SEO and PPC experience.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels.
• Experience managing significant digital media budgets.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Expertise in digital performance measurement and optimisation.
• Experience using web analytics and digital marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated success delivering customer growth in digital-first businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Clear's digital growth strategy.
• Identify acquisition opportunities across the digital ecosystem.
• Build scalable customer acquisition programmes.
• Continuously optimise digital channel performance.
• Drive a culture of testing, experimentation and growth.
• Own SEO strategy and PPC initiatives.
• Manage paid search, paid social, display and more.
• Improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor ROI and ROMI.
• Establish KPI frameworks and reporting.
• Manage digital agencies and partners.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership.
