Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking a Commercial Lead within Consumer Fixed & Entertainment Marketing to drive the commercial success of fixed products. You will lead acquisition strategies, manage pricing governance, and collaborate with sales, digital, marketing, and delivery teams to optimize customer growth and retention.

The role emphasizes market analysis, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking to deliver targets.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in commercial roles, ideally in telecommunications.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in customer acquisition and sales strategy development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead acquisition strategies to win market share in Fixed & Entertainment.
Oversee commercial performance of fixed products and governance of pricing proposals.
Collaborate with sales and digital teams to develop offers and incentive schemes.
Improve the sales onboarding process to boost conversions across channels.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats for growth.
Coordinate with marketing, delivery, technical and customer service teams to execute strategies.
Track KPIs and provide performance reporting for the products.
Support the Senior Product Owner with forecasts and planning for targets.
Design and tailor propositions to meet customer needs and budgets.
