The People Group in Dublin is seeking a Digital Account Manager to work hands-on with performance marketing and be in direct contact with clients. You will manage campaigns, derive insights, and present clear recommendations to drive business outcomes.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, optimise paid media across Google Ads and Meta, and leverage AI analytics to inform decisions. This role offers strong exposure to clients and a fast-growing agency environment.
Are you strong technically across paid media but looking for more direct client exposure?
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital agency where you'll combine hands-on performance marketing with genuine client ownership.
Founded in 2024 by two former Google professionals, the business has already grown to a team of 10 and approximately 40 clients across Ireland, the UK and US.
This isn't a traditional agency account management position where you hand the technical work to someone else.
You'll be in the tools and in front of the client.
You'll work directly with senior marketing stakeholders and CMOs, managing campaign performance while helping clients understand what the numbers actually mean for their business.
Your work will include:
The client mix is primarily lead generation (70%), alongside e-commerce (20%) and brand awareness (10%).
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have 3+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, within an agency.
You'll need:
The agency has deliberately built a flat structure with no traditional middle management.
You'll have direct access to the founders, significant exposure to clients and the opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial skills quickly.
If you're currently working in performance marketing and want more client ownership, commercial exposure and responsibility, this could be a very good next move.
(note: while the company offers hybrid, culturally everyone works five days a week on site)
