Job summary

Archer seeks a DevOps Architect - AWS/Platform Engineering & Data Operations to lead the Platform Engineering and Data Operations functions. You will own the enterprise platform roadmap, drive cloud-native transformation, automation, and developer enablement across AWS, Kubernetes, and AI/ML initiatives.

You will shape technical strategy, collaborate with Security, Data and AI/ML teams, and deliver scalable, resilient platforms across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud functions.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering and Data Operations functions.
• Own the enterprise Platform Engineering roadmap and strategy.
• Drive AWS, cloud-native platforms, automation, and developer enablement.
• Champion DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, and engineering excellence.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to enable AI at scale.
