Job summary

Cpl Group in Cork's Life Sciences multinational client is seeking a Production Operator to run device manufacturing equipment in a compliant, GMP-driven environment. The role starts as days-only with potential shift work as demand grows; you will monitor machine performance, adjust parameters, perform quality checks, document results, and support continuous improvement across the production line.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard of education.
• Demonstrate ability to learn multiple processes and provide mentoring to other operators.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and Safety regulations.
• Demonstrate Problem Solving ability.
• Must be able to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate device manufacturing equipment in a safe, efficient manner with GMP and quality compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters to ensure quality and yield.
• Document results accurately and maintain GDP standards in validated systems.
• Support line opening/closing through proper machine setup and material control.
• Assist in qualification of new production lines (FEAS, OQ, PQ) and line improvements.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
