Job summary

WR HVAC | MEP is recruiting a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on specification sales in the renewable heating sector. The role targets projects at the design stage, working with consulting engineers, M&E consultants, architects, developers and housing providers to secure product specifications.

As part of a rapidly growing team, you will influence long sales cycles, build lasting relationships, and drive adoption of low‑carbon heating technology across residential and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience selling into the building services specification market.
• Strong relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and mechanical contractors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence projects during the design stage.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Influence projects at the design stage to secure specifications.
