Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre developments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, guide projects from concept through construction, and ensure technical excellence across all stages.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Design Management within the data centre, mission-critical, construction or building services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, including MEP and building systems.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
  • Excellent programme management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of data centre design standards, construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
