Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Design Coordinator to join our growing project delivery team on large-scale building projects. You will coordinate design information between clients, consultants, subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring timely, accurate design deliverables and robust buildability.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration, documentation control, and adherence to regulations and standards. BIM/Revit experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams is required.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the flow of design information between consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor design programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Review drawings and technical documentation for completeness and buildability.
• Identify design clashes and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.

• Attend design coordination meetings and maintain records of actions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building regulations and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common construction management software.
• Experience with BIM/Revit would be advantageous.
