Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Software, Mechatronic or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, R&D, electronics design, embedded systems, test/validation or design assurance engineering.
• Experience across the product lifecycle from requirements through verification, launch and sustaining engineering.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and structured technical investigations.
• Ability to read and critically assess schematics, circuit designs and PCB information.

Aufgaben

• Partner with R&D to contribute to product architecture, design decisions and technical reviews from concept through release.
• Review schematics, layouts and hardware specs to identify design risks and improvements.
• Assess hardware, firmware and software interactions for robustness and testability.
• Lead design risk assessments (DFMEA) and define verification requirements and evidence.
• Define validation strategies for new product introduction with traceability and criteria.
• participate in design reviews and design change assessments with Quality.
• Analyze test data to evaluate design capability and risks.
• Provide specialist technical support to Production, Test Engineering and Process Quality.
• Support evaluation of new components and suppliers for technical equivalence.
