Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead day-to-day store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will support the Store Manager, drive KPI performance, manage and develop the store team, and ensure outstanding shop floor presentation with well-managed stock levels and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as an Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
