Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive KPI targets and lead the store team across Connacht. You’ll maintain presentation standards and ensure stock levels while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, and a full driving licence.

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment and hit targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
