Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to drive KPI performance. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure great store presentation, and maintain stock levels while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a leaving certificate or equivalent, 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, a full driving licence, and flexibility to work various shifts. Training and career development are available.

• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with right attitude.

What you’ll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
