Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive KPIs. You will lead and develop the store team, maintain stock levels and presentation, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role requires a minimum 2 years of management experience, a driving licence, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering results and strong communication is essential.

• Leaving certificate or equivalent completed.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
