Job summary

Lidl Ireland is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive KPIs, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent completed.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence required.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment with targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
