Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive KPI performance and motivate the store team to deliver results. You will maintain excellent shop floor presentation, ensure stock accuracy, and provide outstanding customer service while adopting Lidl's leadership standards and company values.

This role requires effective communication, flexibility with shifts, and a passion for fast-paced retail success, with a clear path to progression as you grow with

Qualifications

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential if you have the right attitude.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
