Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leadership and drive performance at the Cork location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet targets while coaching a motivated team and delivering outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years’ management experience in a fast-paced setting and a valid driving licence. A flexible, shift-based schedule is expected.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
