Job summary

Noel Group in Cork invites applications for a Deputy Steel Yard & Warehouse Supervisor. You will support day-to-day steel yard and warehouse operations, coordinate inbound/outbound loads and ensure accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of materials.

The role offers hands-on leadership development, working alongside an experienced supervisor, with potential to progress to a more senior leadership role; the position is full-time and based in Cork City.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience in warehouse or steel yard environments.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the steel yard and warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials.
• Liaise with logistics providers regarding deliveries and collections.
• Maintain stock records and perform cycle counts.
• Promote health and safety across the warehouse.
