Job summary

Daffodil Care Group is seeking a Deputy Social Care Manager for our mainstream residential service in Adare, Co. Limerick. The role requires leading and supporting care teams to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 8 degree (or Level 7 with management qualification) and at least 3 years’ social care experience. A full, clean driving licence is required before starting.

Qualifications

• A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years’ experience of working in a social care grade with young people.
• OR Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 3 years’ experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
• Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.
• Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential.
• A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.

About The Role
