Job summary

Noel Group is partnering with a prestigious hospitality client to recruit a Deputy General Manager for a busy Cork property. The role will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive commercial performance, and uphold the highest standards of guest service across all departments.

The successful candidate will have substantial hospitality and leadership experience, be based in Ireland with the right to work, and benefit from an accommodation arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with the overall operation of the property.
• Lead, motivate, and develop management and operational teams.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements where required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Drive business performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
