• Support daily site operations, ensuring services meet KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements

• Manage budgets across labour, materials, and equipment
• Act as a key contact for clients and teams, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
• Monitor service quality through audits, site visits, and contractor oversight
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
• Lead a customer-focused team and support ongoing development
• Provide regular reports and updates on site performance
• Utilise company systems and technology to support operational delivery, reporting, workforce management, and client communications

Hours: 40 hours per week (evening and weekend work required)

Strong IT skills are essential, as the role involves reporting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and the effective use of operational systems to support day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations, ensuring services meet KPIs, SLAs, and contract requirements
