Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated cleaning professional to advance their career by taking on a supervisory role, leading a team of cleaners and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional cleaning services whilst fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners, providing clear direction and constructive feedback Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards Conduct regular quality checks and inspections across all areas of the facility, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards, reporting any hazards or defects promptly Support the induction and ongoing training and development of team members, fostering their professional growth Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting stock requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant documentation in a timely and organised manner
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary, demonstrating commitment and leading by example Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients, maintaining transparency and professionalism Identify and resolve operational challenges, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and resilience Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture, celebrating achievements and supporting colleagues through difficulties

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role Demonstrated supervisory or team leader experience (desirable) Strong organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Solid knowledge of health, safety, and cleaning standards and best practices Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach to all responsibilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Basic IT literacy and proficiency with relevant systems and documentation Flexibility to work varying shift patterns as required by the role Physical fitness and capability to perform cleaning duties when necessary Ability to deliver induction and training to team members Assertive yet supportive management style with a transparent and inclusive approach
