Job summary

Manpower Ireland seeks a Depot Manager to lead a busy Navan distribution depot. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You'll coach and develop teams, manage stock, optimise scheduling and KPI performance while upholding health and safety standards. This leadership role offers a competitive €60K DOE salary and an annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in depot, warehouse, logistics or FMCG management.
• Strong inventory and stock management expertise.
• Proven people leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with warehouse/depot management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations.
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation.
• Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods processes.
• Lead, coach and develop depot employees.
• Manage scheduling, rotas and performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams.
• Maintain Health & Safety and food safety compliance.
• Support cost control and reporting activities.
