Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to work within a multi-team structure.
• Strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills with fund knowledge.
• Good understanding of laws and regulations applicable to depositary/trustee roles in Irish funds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client relationship management and servicing allocated clients.
• Prepare client reporting (monthly/quarterly) for fund boards and regulators.
• Review fund documentation from a depositary perspective (prospectus, supplements).
• Monitor investment restrictions and fund risk reporting to fund boards and Central Bank of Ireland.
• Support ongoing monitoring of custodians and prime brokers.
• Identify risks and escalate to management.
• Contribute to team projects and regulatory initiatives.
