State Street Corporation is seeking a Depositary Oversight Officer to oversee a fund investment monitoring team across all fund types, ensuring compliance with investment restrictions including derivatives.

The role requires strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate with clients and board meetings in a regulated environment across multiple locations.

• Degree qualified in finance or a related field.
• Experience in funds industry with UCITS/Non-UCITS knowledge.
• Experience handling derivatives exposure is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with monitoring systems.

• Manage an investment monitoring team reviewing all fund types to ensure compliance with investment restrictions including derivatives; discuss exceptions with clients.
• Ensure timely and proper completion of team tasks.
• Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
• Appraise performance of team members; devise work programs and schedules.
• Create and update Depositary policies and procedures.
• Respond to client queries; attend board meetings.
