PortmanDentex is a leading dental group with over 370 practices across the UK and Ireland. We’re recruiting a unique dual Receptionist/Dental Nurse position at Dundrum Dental Surgery in Dundrum Village, Dublin, joining a supportive team committed to exceptional patient care.

• Previous experience as a qualified Dental Nurse or reception experience in healthcare, with willingness to train as a Dental Nurse.
• Alternatively, experience in both Reception and Dental Nursing is advantageous.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Positive, professional and well-organised teamwork-oriented attitude.

Whether you're a qualified Dental Nurse looking for your next role or an experienced Receptionist keen to train as a Dental Nurse, we'd love to hear from you.

We're recruiting for a unique dual Receptionist/Dental Nurse position at Dundrum Dental Surgery in Dundrum Village, Dublin, where you'll become part of a supportive, long-standing team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Full-time, 35 hours per week over 4 days
• Rotas prepared well in advance
• Shifts between Monday–Saturday, 7:45am–6:30pm
• Competitive hourly rate of €17–€19 per hour DOE
• 5-surgery, busy private general dental practice
• Caring for private patients
• Modern, well-equipped surgeries with digital X-rays and Exact practice management software
• Work alongside a highly experienced clinical team including 4 General Dentists, 3 Hygienists and visiting Oral Surgery and Endodontic specialists
• Convenient Dundrum Village location, close to the M50 and right beside the Luas tram line
• Free parking available nearby
• Staff room and excellent facilities

About You

• Previous experience as a qualified Dental Nurse or previous front-of-house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting), with a willingness to train as a Dental Nurse
• Alternatively, previous experience in both Reception and Dental Nursing would be highly advantageous
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A caring and empathetic approach, with outstanding communication skills
• A positive attitude and a professional, well-organised approach to your work
• A team player who enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues and patients while delivering exceptional customer service
