Job summary

Dentaltech Lab in Ireland is seeking a seasoned Dental CAD Technician for Dentures and Crown & Bridge. You will design full and partial dentures and crowns using 3Shape and Exocad, coordinating with clinicians and our remote technicians.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in digital dentistry in a busy lab, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication. This on-site role offers a dynamic, high-growth environment with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital dentistry in a busy commercial lab.
• Experience designing dentures and crown & bridge cases.
• Comfortable communicating with clinicians and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Workflows: liaise between clinical team and digital manufacturing lab for 3D designs and printing.
• Design 3D Restorations: create full/partial dentures, crowns, bridges, and related hardware using CAD/CAM software.
• Manage Equipment: operate and maintain CAD/CAM printers and curing machines.
• Optimize Production: identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Innovate & Research: explore new materials and best practices for fabrication.
• Ensure Quality Control: maintain high accuracy and finish standards.
• Communicate Effectively: interact professionally with clinicians and staff at all levels.
