Job summary

Center Parcs is seeking a Takeaway Manager for its Restaurant Runner delivery-focused operation at Longford Forest. You will oversee daily take-away operations, manage a small delivery fleet and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial accountability.

The role requires proven F&B operations management, strong budgets acumen, and the ability to train and develop staff across multiple cuisines.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing food and beverage operations and leading kitchen teams.
Strong financial skills with responsibility for budgets and business planning.
Proficient in stock management systems, ordering processes and computer literacy.
Knowledge of multiple cuisines and experience training and developing teams.
Motivational, empathetic leader with strong coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, cooklines and a small fleet of delivery vehicles.
Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen and health standards.
Inspire, develop and manage team performance, schedules and wellbeing.
Drive efficiency and profitability in line with company strategy and financial targets.
