Job summary

Amach in Dublin is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery across multiple teams in a digital transformation environment.

You will embed with delivery teams, define delivery plans, track progress and manage risks while maintaining clear stakeholder communication. This role offers a flexible working environment and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and the growth of a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Delivery Management or similar roles.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic and outcomes-focused delivery approach.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives on time and quality.
• Embed within delivery teams to support planning and execution.
• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates.
• Champion Agile ways of working across teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros).
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
• Manage expectations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and define mitigation strategies.

We are seeking an experiencedDelivery Managerbased in Dublin. This role sits within a digital transformation environment and will focus on enabling effective delivery across Agile teams.

The successful candidate will be a confident delivery professional who can embed quickly into an established team, bring structure and momentum to delivery, and operate effectively in an evolving environment where detail continues to emerge.

Required skills & qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in a Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management or similar roles
• Strong experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to delivery
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to agreed quality standards
• Embed within delivery teams to support effective planning, execution and transparency
• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Track progress and provide clear, regular updates on delivery status

Agile Delivery

• Champion Agile ways of working across delivery teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Support teams in applying Agile principles in a pragmatic, outcome-focused way
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working
• Use delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement
• Support teams through change as part of a wider transformation

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with delivery stakeholders
• Manage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication
• Acts as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and dependencies
• Define and implement mitigation strategies
• Escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution
• Degree in Business, Project Management or related field
• Project Management and/or Agile certifications
