Job summary

Applegreen Balbriggan is seeking a Bakewell Team Member to join our frontline team. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure the shop floor is clean and inviting, and help deliver a great in-store experience for customers.

Ideal candidates are flexible across the week, possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, with opportunities for development and progression within Applegreen.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to work well with colleagues in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Follow Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
