Job summary

Applegreen Birr is looking for a Bakewell Team Member to support day-to-day shop operations and provide friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

You will help maintain cleanliness, follow food safety policies, assist with stock, and work with management to achieve targets. Full training will be provided. Weekend availability and a can-do attitude are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude with strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality is a plus.
• Reliable team player who can adapt to changing tasks.

As a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

*Candidates should be flexible throughout the week, including weekends.

*Full training will be provided.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen?

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.

• Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
