Job summary

Applegreen Rathcoole is hiring a Bakewell Team Member to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will help keep the shop floor clean, follow food safety policies, manage stock, and collaborate with management to meet targets in a fast-paced setting.

As a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen?

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.

• Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
