Applegreen Castlebellingham North is seeking a Deli Team Member to support daily store operations, maintain clean and safe shop floors, and ensure top quality customer experiences. You will work closely with the team to keep stock levels healthy and adhere to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and committed to ongoing development and teamwork. Transport availability is preferred for this role.

As a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

Candidates should have a reliable form of transport.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen?

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
