Centra is seeking a dedicated deli team member in Ennis to prepare high quality hot and cold deli products and ensure customers are satisfied as the top priority.

The ideal candidate will have HACCP training (desirable) and customer service experience, with an ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and to share knowledge with shoppers.

• HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi task under pressure.

Mansioni

• Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas e.g. make sandwiches and rolls, dish up hot food and slice meats using portion control measures.
• Cook, prepare and display the foods sold throughout the day.
• Ensure counter displays across all fresh food departments are of the highest standards at all times.
• Demonstrate passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers.
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently and professionally in line with store policy.

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
