Job summary

Centra in Ballincollig is seeking a full-time deli teammate to prepare high quality hot and cold deli products and ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a passion for food and a customer-focused mindset. HACCP training is desirable but not essential, and previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively live Centra brand-values e.g. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.
• Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas e.g. make sandwiches and rolls, dish up hot food and slice meats using store portion control measures.
• Cook, prepare and display the foods sold throughout the day.
• Ensure counter displays across all fresh food departments are maintained to high standards at all times.
• Share knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customers to demonstrate passion for quality food.
• Deal with customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
