Qualifications

  • Level 8 degree (NFQ) or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in an equipment engineering environment or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously with ownership and tolerate ambiguity.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities including data extraction, validation, statistics, and visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment and process performance using data-driven methods to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, develop scalable solutions, and implementPrevent recurrence.
  • Continuously improve tool performance and optimize recipes through sustaining and innovation activities.
  • Lead equipment improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams and drive/implement change.
