Intel Ireland invites experienced Device Engineers to join the Yield department in our advanced technology fab in Leixlip. You will drive power/performance targets, own NPI in production, and develop new device tech with cross-functional teams across engineering, yield and integration.

You will analyze complex device issues, optimize processes, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives while collaborating with Process Integration to meet customer specs and industry-leading reliability.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in device physics or related field.
• 5–10 years in advanced node semiconductor industry (Device or FEOL/BEOL integration).
• 5–10 years in FinFET technology development or high-volume manufacturing.
• 5–10 years' experience with device physics in real fab environments.
• Master's or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science.
• Experience shaping product performance roadmaps with multi-discipline teams.
• Experience transferring processes to high-volume manufacturing factories.

Responsabilités

• Drive factory product Power and Performance roadmap and lead performance teams.
• Own NPI in production fab and optimize device-related processes.
• Develop new device technology and customize architecture per customer needs.
• Lead cross-organizational teams to diagnose yield/performance issues and mitigate.
• Model and predict device performance in early-to-mid Si progression.
• Collaborate with Process Integration to drive cost reduction.
