Arthur Cox in Ireland’s Debt Finance Group is seeking a Debt Finance Associate to drive the execution of loan and security transactions, coordinating drafting, due diligence, CP/closing, and post-completion workstreams with partners and senior associates.
You will gain exposure across acquisition/leveraged finance, unitranche, ABL, real estate and fund finance, while developing client relationships and contributing to knowledge initiatives with significant growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Advise on Irish law aspects of acquisition and leveraged finance, unitranche/term loan B, revolving credit facilities, investment-grade and syndicated lending, ABL, and real estate development/investment finance and fund finance.
