Musgrave Group Plc is seeking a Transport Daytime Operations Support in Dublin on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role oversees the day-to-day transport operations, coaches drivers, schedules rosters and ensures compliance with tachograph, Digi card and fleet procedures.

Based in Blanchardstown with travel across Dublin. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in national logistics, strong PC skills, and a driving licence; NVQ3 or equivalent is advantageous.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience in a national logistics business with multiple weekly deliveries.
• Experience in Transport operations and scheduling.
• Knowledge of distribution operations including H&S and HACCP.
• Strong PC literacy; Excel/Databases and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, people management and customer service.
• Willing to travel between sites.
• Leaving Cert level or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Driving Licence required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent demonstrated on CV.

Mansioni

• Motivate, develop and manage the driver team.
• Create driver rosters and coordinate with agency drivers.
• Organise day-to-day transport operations.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and procedures (tachograph, Digi card, fleet).
• Maintain safety, health and welfare at work in transport processes.
• Respond to customer and sales queries.
• Plan recoveries for stock and cages.
• Maintain vehicle compliance logs.
