Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for our Ennis clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work daytime hours, with 100% paid training and certification, including RBT credentials.

This is a clinic-based role with opportunities for progression under BCBA-D supervision. We welcome candidates from education, childcare, caregiving, or customer service backgrounds who are reliable, patient, and eager to help

Qualifications

• Patience and reliability to work with children in a clinical setting.
• Empathy and ability to engage with families and children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1-on-1 Patient Care: Work directly with children in a structured clinic environment using compassionate, assent-based therapy.
• Digital Data Collection: Use an employer-provided tablet to log session metrics and objective daily progress notes in real time.
• Active Engagement: Create a fun, positive learning environment tailored to each child's individual care plan.
