Bierman Autism Centers seeks a BCBA to lead pediatric ABA programs, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families. The role emphasizes ethical, individualized programming and ongoing progress tracking across center and community settings.

Formación

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising staff.
• Strong communication with caregivers and teams.
• Experience with data collection and progress reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Achieve 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Conduct caregiver training sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide progress updates.
• Oversee ABA program implementation in center and community settings.
• Design and monitor Treatment Plans and progress reports.
• Supervise behavior technicians and manage RBT supervision hours.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers in the community.
