Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist for center-based, full-time work in Ireland timezone-adjacent operations. You will provide life-changing ABA therapy to children with autism, following BCBA-guided plans and maintaining data records.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to restrain/hold/transport and use quick body movements as indicated by the Behavior Support Plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings and maintain knowledge of BACB guidelines.
• Work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Foster a positive working environment and good vibes.
