Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across our centers. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pediatric therapy and drive clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes parent/caregiver training, program oversight, and adherence to BACB guidelines, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Center-based, full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification as required.
• Clinical experience in ABA behavior reduction and early intervention preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Comfortable with supervision and training of staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment, averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions monthly.
• Oversee ABA programs, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
